Element Santa Clara

Great service, nice pool lounge and common areas, nice laundry and gym. Rooms are new and modern. Very big bathroom and comfortable bed. Delicious free coffee including espresso/lattes and eggs, sausage, yogurt bar, pastries, breads, bagels for breakfast. The staff was hustling hard to keep everything about breakfast perfect until 10am. The kitchen in our studio was a real kitchen if you need it.

The breakfast was good but not that many choices. The first breakfast had more choices than the second day. There were dog treats by the front door which my dogs liked. It was very dog friendly. There were friendly staff to help you out.

Great value for money, fantastic facilities in the room. Cooking facilities and pool great. Breakfast decent and nice pool. Perfect for the Levi stadium - we walked no problem

I would have been overall satisfied but we needed towel and a comforter then after an hour of waiting we called again and we were told they r short staff and security will get it… we waited and fell asleep without getting them. They tried to call maybe between 0100-0300 but we were tired to even answer the call. The following morning I told Junelea at the front desk and witjout smile told me that we were informed that they were short staff. She could have just said , sorry due to unavoidable circumstances, it would have been forgotten and I would have not written this long review… overall Element is a good place to stay, dog friendly, very clean. One staff just needs to be retrain we customer service.
